Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Olensys Private Limited (“Olensys,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a private limited company incorporated under the laws of India, is the data controller for personal data collected through olensys.com: we determine the purposes and means of its processing and are responsible for safeguarding it. 2. What we collect

We collect two kinds of information through this site.

Contact form. When you fill out the form on our Contact page, we collect your name, work email, company, role, team size, and whatever you write in your message. It’s submitted voluntarily and used solely to respond to your enquiry. We won’t add you to a newsletter, a CRM sequence or a marketing list.

Analytics. We use Google Tag Manager to load Google Analytics, and neither loads — nor sets any cookie — unless you accept our consent banner. It measures anonymous usage: pages viewed, approximate location, and device type. If you decline, no analytics or tag-manager cookies are set.

Cookies

We set one small, first-party cookie of our own: olensys-consent, which remembers the choice you make on our consent banner. It is set only when you make that choice, lasts up to a year, and is not used for tracking. Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics cookies are loaded and set only after you accept analytics; if you decline, none are set. The booking calendar on our Contact page is Calendly’s. It loads only when you open “Book a meeting”, and Calendly sets its own cookies there. You can change your choice at any time from “Cookies” in the footer, or by clearing your cookies — you’ll be asked again.

3. How it’s processed

We work with a small number of providers to run this site. Amazon Web Services (AWS) hosts it, Resend delivers contact-form emails, Cloudflare Turnstile checks the contact form for automated abuse, and Google provides tag management and analytics. Each processes data only on our instructions, under its own terms. If you choose “Book a meeting” on our Contact page, Calendly’s scheduling page loads inside ours. Calendly collects what you enter there and sets its own cookies, under its own privacy policy. Contact submissions are stored in our content management system and are also emailed to our mailbox at hello@olensys.com.

4. Retention

We keep contact-form submissions, and the emails they generate, for as long as we need them to handle the conversation, and for a reasonable period afterward as a business record. Ask us to delete yours and we will. Analytics data follows Google Analytics’ own configured retention period.

5. Your choices and rights

You can accept or decline analytics cookies at any time — clear your cookies and you’ll be asked again. You can also ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you by emailing hello@olensys.com. We don’t sell personal data. Ever.

6. Transfers

AWS, Resend, Cloudflare, Calendly, and Google may process data outside India as part of running their services. We rely on the standard contractual and security safeguards each of them provides for cross-border data transfers.

7. Changes

We may update this policy as our practices or the tools we use change. When we do, we’ll update the “last updated” date at the top of this page — check back here if you want the current version.
